For over 30 years we have been making pizza for passion

Our adventure began in July 1992 when Natale and Giovanna, still young engaged, took over the historic pizzeria by the slice in Aulla in Piazza Mazzini from the legendary “Dox “.

The years pass, the business grows and at the same time the family too: Francesco and Tommaso are born and Michela and Otilia, our two competent collaborators, are hired.
The passion for this profession leads Natale to improve more and more, also through numerous refresher courses. This commitment and competence allowed Natale to participate in various national and international competitions, often qualifying among the first places and allowing him to reach the title of world champion in the “pizza in pan” category in Salsomaggiore Terme in 2012 on the occasion of the XXI World Pizza Championship.

In 2022 the pizzeria was completely renovated and expanded, with the possibility of eating comfortably on the spot. A new air-conditioned room, bright and welcoming, has been added to the restaurant, hosting 30 seats. The team was also joined by his sons Francesco and Tommaso, to whom Natale passed on his love for this work, certainly tiring and demanding, but full of satisfactions.
