For over 30 years we have been making pizza for passion

Our adventure began in July 1992 when Natale and Giovanna, still young engaged, took over the historic pizzeria by the slice in Aulla in Piazza Mazzini from the legendary “Dox “.

As the years go by, the business keeps growing—just like the family. Francesco and Tommaso are born, and Michela and Otilia, our two trusted team members, come on board.
Driven by a true passion for his craft, Natale continues to refine his skills, attending numerous training courses to always stay one step ahead. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, Natale has taken part in numerous national and international competitions, often placing among the top contenders.
In 2012, his journey reached a major milestone when he was crowned world champion in the ‘pizza in teglia’ category at the 21st World Pizza Championship in Salsomaggiore Terme.

In 2022 the pizzeria was completely renovated and expanded, with the possibility of eating comfortably on the spot. A new air-conditioned room, bright and welcoming, has been added to the restaurant, hosting 30 seats. The team was also joined by his sons Francesco and Tommaso, to whom Natale passed on his love for this work, certainly tiring and demanding, but full of satisfactions.
