Our dough
The dough for the preparation of pizzas and focaccias contains only natural yeast to make the final product even more digestible and thus suitable for those with yeast intolerance problems. To further increase digestibility, the dough has a maturation ranging from 24 to 60 hours.
Ingredients: water, type 0 soft wheat flour, multigrain flour, extra virgin olive oil, natural yeast, salt.
